Designed by Max Meidinger in 1957; Helvetica still remains one of the most favoured and preferred font world over. The font derived its name from the Latin name of Switzerland, where it was first created in the Haas foundry. The grotesques from the late 19th century form its basis; however, years and many refinements later the font now finds itself to be a sub-category of sans serif of neo-grotesque.
Although, it was a product of the Haans foundry; post introduction it was soon purchased by the Stempel foundry to develop a complete series. It shifted hands again when it came to the United States in the 1960s. With Mergenthaler Linotype, a lot of new versions were added to the design and Helvetica became a highly versatile font.
Helvetica Black is a popular and versatile font very commonly used by designers in display applications like logos, billboard messages, newspapers and advertising. Even government offices, news channels and publishers find it convenient to use this font.
With the many versions and perpetual refinements, the popularity of Helvetica is expected to grow manifolds in the years to come.

This looked very fishy at first so I had to go down to the comments which also looked very suspicious so I downloaded it then quickly scanned it with Norton and thankfully it says there are no threats. This is not a scam. But seriously, the setup of this site and the download button looked very suspicious. You should really make the download button better and have a clicking animation when you click it or something. Thanks for the font bai.
